Roman Horizontal Blinds
Roman blinds are a type of window blind used to block out the sun. A Roman Blind consists of a rectangle of flat fabric, which when drawn up forms a series of horizontal folds. When the blind is fully drawn up the lowest part of the blind forms a back flap, which covers all folds on the reverse of the blind to protect the fabric from fading. When viewed from the front, the front fold covers the intermediate folds, with a small amount of the back flap showing below.
